    Patanasilpa Journal ISSN 2539-5807 (Print) and ISSN 2985-1785 (Online) welcomes submissions of academic articles, research articles, creative work articles, and review articles in the fields of humanities and social sciences, with a focus on cultural arts, including dramatic arts, music, visual arts and educational studies, such as learning management, teaching, educational measurement and evaluation in the fields of cultural arts as well as Interdisciplinary Integration of cultural arts.

    Submission Process: Articles submitted to the journal must undergo peer review by at least three qualified reviewers in the relevant field. The review process follows the double-blind review format to ensure impartiality and to prevent bias or any undue influence. Authors are expected to address any suggestions or revisions made by the reviewers within two weeks of receiving feedback. The final decision to accept or reject the article rests with the editorial board. The entire review process, from submission to publication, takes approximately 12-22 weeks.

    Aims & scope ของวารสาร

    วารสารพุทธนวัตกรรมปริทรรศน์  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตีพิมพ์และเผยแพร่บทความวิจัย บทความวิชาการและบทวิจารณ์หนังสือที่เป็นภาษาไทยและมีข้อค้นพบ ข้อเสนอแนะที่เป็นนวัตกรรม รวมถึงความคิดริเริ่มที่มีผลกระทบต่อชุมชน สังคม และประเทศชาติในวงกว้าง อีกทั้งยังมุ่งหมายที่จะเป็นเวทีในการนำเสนอผลงานทางวิชาการเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ทางสังคมศาสตร์ และสาขาต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสนับสนุนการศึกษา การสอน โดยเน้นสาขาวิชาพระพุทธศาสนา ปรัชญา สังคมและมนุษย์ศาสตร์ในเชิงประยุกต์การศึกษาเชิงนวัตกรรมประยุกต์ และด้านนวัตกรรมต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนสาขาวิชาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องและรวมถึงสหวิทยาการอื่น ๆ ทั้งนี้ บทความที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ต้องผ่านการประเมินจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ  3 ท่าน ตามมาตรฐาน  โดยที่ผู้อ่านไม่ทราบชื่อผู้เขียนและผู้เขียนไม่ทราบชื่อผู้อ่าน (double blind review) และต้องเป็นบทความที่ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ที่วารสารอื่นมาก่อน วารสารนี้ออกเผยแพร่ปีละ 3 ฉบับ  (มกราคม – เมษายน  พฤษภาคม – สิงหาคม  กันยายน – ธันวาคม)

    วารสารพุทธนวัตกรรมปริทรรศน์  ได้เริ่มจัดทำและตีพิมพ์ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2563  และได้เริ่มจัดทำในรูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2563   ซึ่งปัจจุบันวารสารพุทธนวัตกรรมปริทรรศนื  ตามที่ศูนย์ดัชนี TCI ได้จัดกลุ่มคุณภาพวารสารที่ต้องการเข้าสู่ฐานข้อมูล TCI วารสารกลุ่มที่ 2 : วารสารที่ผ่านการรับรองคุณภาพของ TCI (จนถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2567) และอยู่ในฐานข้อมูล TCI

    วัตถุประสงค์ของวารสาร

    1. เพื่อนำเสนอบทความทางวิชาการและบทความวิจัยที่มีคุณภาพที่แสดงถึงประโยชน์ทั้งเชิงทฤษฎี (Theoretical Contributions) ที่นักวิจัยหรือผู้ที่สนใจสามารถนำไปพัฒนาหรือสร้างองค์ความรู้ใหม่ และประโยชน์ในเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Managerial Contributions) นักวิจัยหรือผู้สนใจนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ หรือต่อยอดการวิจัยที่ครอบคลุมเนื้อหาที่เป็นสหวิทยาการ โดยเน้นสาขาวิชาพุทธศาสนา ปรัชญา สังคมและมนุษย์ศาสตร์ในเชิงประยุกต์การศึกษาเชิงนวัตกรรมประยุกต์ และด้านนวัตกรรมต่างๆ ตลอดจนสาขาวิชาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

    บทความจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิวารสารมีกระบวนการประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิก่อนตีพิมพ์ โดยบทความที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารที่ได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ  3 ท่าน ลักษณะปกปิดรายชื่อ(Double blind peer-reviewed) ทั้งนี้บทความจากผู้นิพนธ์ภายในจะได้รับการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายนอกหน่วยงานที่จัดทำวารสาร ส่วนบทความจากผู้นิพนธ์ภายนอกจะได้รับการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิภายใน หรือนอกหน่วยงานที่จัดทำวารสารที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในสาขา และไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับผู้นิพนธ์

    ข้อตกลงการส่งบทความตีพิมพ์ของวารสาร

    เมื่อผู้แต่งส่งต้นฉบับเข้าสู่กระบวนการพิจารณาของกองบรรณาธิการ  ผู้เขียนจะต้องชำระเงินค่าดำเนินการพิจารณาบทความเพื่อลงตีพิมพ์วารสารพุทธนวัตกรรมปริทรรศน์  จำนวน 4,000 บาท  (บทความที่ถูกปฏิเสธการดำเนินการต่อจากการพิจารณาของกองบรรณาธิการได้ ทางวารสารพุทธนวัตกรรมปริทรรศน์จะไม่มีการเรียกเก็บเงินค่าธรรมเนียมจากผู้แต่งในทุกกรณี  ขอให้ผู้แต่งบทความควรตรวจสอบบทความของท่านให้มีความสอดคล้องกับขอบเขตการตีพิมพ์ที่เน้นการตีพิมพ์เรื่องพุทธนวัตกรรมปริทรรศน์  เมื่อต้นฉบับได้รับการตอบรับให้ตีพิมพ์ในวารสาร  สามารถชำระค่าส่งบทความเพื่อลงตีพิมพ์วารสารผ่านช่องทางบัญชีธนาคาร  กรุณาโอนเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคารไทยธนชาต  จำกัด (มหาชน)  สาขาอยุธยา พาร์ค ออมทรัพย์ ชื่อบัญชี  มจร. หลักสูตรพุทธศาสตรดุษฎีบัณฑิต เลขที่  633 2 50225 8

    วารสารมีกระบวนการประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิก่อนตีพิมพ์ โดยบทความที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ในวารสารได้ผ่านการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในทุกบทความที่ตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ได้รับการตรวจสอบทางวิชาการจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer Review) 3 ท่านต่อ 1 บทความ ในลักษณะปกปิดรายชื่อ (Double blind peer-reviewed) ทั้งนี้บทความจากผู้นิพนธ์ภายในจะได้รับการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ภายนอกหน่วยงานที่จัดทำวารสาร และไม่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับผู้นิพนธ์ ซึ่งจะทำให้เกิดความเข้มข้นในการประเมินคุณภาพบทความก่อนออกตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่สู่สาธารณะ ในกรณีที่กองบรรณาธิการหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ซึ่งได้รับเชิญให้เป็นผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิผู้ตรวจประเมินบทความมีความเห็นว่าควรแก้ไข กองบรรณาธิการจะส่งคืนเพื่อให้เจ้าของบทความแก้ไข โดยจะยึดถือข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิผู้ตรวจประเมินเป็นเกณฑ์หลัก และหรือขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะพิจารณาไม่ตีพิมพ์ ในกรณีที่รายงานการวิจัย บทความทางวิชาการหรือบทความวิจัยโดยเน้นสาขาวิชาพุทธศาสนา ปรัชญา สังคมและมนุษย์ศาสตร์ในเชิงประยุกต์การศึกษาเชิงนวัตกรรมประยุกต์หรือไม่ผ่าน การพิจารณาของกองบรรณาธิการหรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เมื่อบทความที่ได้รับการตีพิมพ์ผู้เขียนจะได้รับลิ้งก์วารสารที่นำบทความลงตีพิมพ์ผลงานแล้ว พร้อมกับหนังสือรับรองการตีพิมพ์บทความในวารสารพุทธนวัตกรรมปริทรรศน์

    กองบรรณาธิการได้ให้ความสำคัญกับกระบวนการจัดทำวารสาร ตั้งแต่การคัดเลือกบทความ การประเมินคุณภาพจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ อย่างน้อยบทความละ 3 ท่าน ในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางวิชาการ โดยการประเมินในรูปแบบการปกปิดชื่อผู้ประเมินและผู้แต่ง (Double-blind Peer Review) และบทความต้นฉบับต้องไม่เคยตีพิมพ์หรืออยู่ระหว่างการพิจารณาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิเพื่อตีพิมพ์ในวารสารอื่น

    เมื่อท่านลงทะเบียนและส่งบทความ (Submission) เข้ามาในระบบของวารสารออนไลน์เรียบร้อยแล้ว ให้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียม บทความละ 3,000 บาท โดยดำเนินการดังนี้

    วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดพิมพ์วารสาร

    วารสารนิเทศสยามปริทัศน์ เป็นวารสารวิชาการสาขานิเทศศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ ของคณะนิเทศศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสยาม  

    จัดทำเป็นวารสารราย 6 เดือน (ปีละ 2 ฉบับ) ได้แก่ ฉบับที่ 1 มกราคม – มิถุนายน และ ฉบับที่ 2 กรกฎาคม–ธันวาคม

     

    โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้

    1. เป็นแหล่งเผยแพร่ผลงานทางด้านวิชาการในรูปแบบบทความวิจัยบทความวิชาการ บทปริทัศน์หนังสือ (Book Review) และประเด็นปัจจุบันที่ทำการศึกษาซึ่งเกี่ยวข้องกับการสื่อสารของมนุษย์ในทุกลักษณะ ตั้งแต่การสื่อสารภายในบุคคลและระหว่างบุคคล การสื่อสารสาธารณะ และการสื่อสารมวลชนไปจนถึงการสื่อสารในระยะไกล  ขอบข่ายของบทความครอบคลุมกิจกรรมการสื่อสารทุกรูปแบบ  อาทิเช่น การหนังสือพิมพ์และสิ่งพิมพ์ การโฆษณา การประชาสัมพันธ์ สื่อดิจิทัล วิทยุ โทรทัศน์ ภาพยนตร์ การสื่อสารการแสดง การสื่อสารการตลาด รวมทั้งสาขาวิชาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านนิเทศศาสตร์  และงานวิจัยหรืองานวิชาการที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อสังคม
    2. เพื่อเป็นสื่อกลางแลกเปลี่ยนข่าวสาร สาระสำคัญ ประสบการณ์แก่นักวิจัย นักวิชาการ นิสิต นักศึกษาและบุคคลทั่วไปที่สนใจ

     

    นโยบายการจัดพิมพ์ของวารสาร

    1. ประเภทของบทความที่นำเสนอเพื่อตีพิมพ์ ต้องเป็นบทความวิชาการ บทความวิจัย บทความปริทรรศน์ หรือบทวิจารณ์หนังสือซึ่งอาจเขียนได้ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
    2. บทความต้องไม่เคยตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ที่ใดมาก่อน (Redundant publication) และผู้เขียนบทความต้องไม่ละเมิด(Plagiarism) รวมถึงไม่ลอกเลียนผลงานตนเองโดยมิชอบ (Self Plagiarism) และไม่ส่งบทความตีพิมพ์มากกว่าหนึ่งวารสาร (Simultaneous submission) ทั้งนี้หากเกิดการฟ้องร้องเรื่องการละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์เกี่ยวกับเนื้อหา และข้อมูลส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งที่ปรากฏในบทความ ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้แต่งและผู้แต่งร่วมแต่เพียงฝ่ายเดียวหากพบว่าผู้เขียนส่งหรือตีพิมพ์บทความในที่อื่น ๆ กองบรรณาธิการถือว่าเป็นการกระทำคัดลอกผลงานตนเอง (Self Plagiarism) ซึ่งกองบรรณาธิการจะระงับการตีพิมพ์และแจ้งต้นสังกัดของผู้เขียนต่อไป
    3. บทความที่ตีพิมพ์/เผยแพร่ทุกบทความในวารสารนิเทศสยามปริทัศน์ต้องผ่านการพิจารณาดังนี้ 1. กองบรรณาธิการ และ 2.ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (peer review) อย่างน้อย 2 ท่านต่อบทความ และตั้งแต่เล่มปีที่ 21 ฉบับที่ 1 ประจำปี 2565 เป็นต้นไป เพิ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (peer review) อย่างน้อย 3 ท่านต่อบทความ โดยผู้พิจารณาทราบชื่อผู้แต่ง แต่ผู้แต่งไม่ทราบชื่อผู้พิจารณา (Single-blind peer review)

         Humanities and Social Sciences Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University Academic Journal seeks to promote and publish valuable academic works and research with the aims to strengthen body of knowledge in the fields of social sciences and humanities.

         The journal strengthens a forum for discussion and knowledge exchange as well as concepts, and theories related to research among academics, researchers, and readers who are interested in the fields of social sciences and humanities. The journal accepts submissions in the form of research articles, academic articles,  and review articles in the fields of humanities and social sciences.

         Humanities and Social Sciences Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University Academic Journal published its first issue in 2014. In 2023, the journal is printed online. Its ISSN is 2985-1270 (Print), and ISSN 2985-122X (Online). The journal is published twice a year (1st issue January - June, 2nd issue July - December).
    The articles will be assessed by the editorial team, at least, three readers, specialists in their relevant fields. Neither the readers' names nor the authors' names are revealed (Double-blinded peer reviews).

The evaluation process adheres to a double-blind approach where the author is unaware of the evaluator's identity, and vice versa.

    Aims and scope
    The Public Health Policy and Laws Journal (PH.PL) is published by the Research Institute for Community Happiness and Leadership Foundation to serve the interests of both Thai and international social scientists and researchers.     rEFLections

    rEFLections is a double-blind refereed English language journal devoted to research in applied linguistics and English language teaching. It is published three times a year and is sponsored by School of Liberal Arts, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi.

She is revered as the courageous heroine who successfully defended the city against invaders in 1826.  Numerous locations in this area have been named in her honor, including sub-districts, universities, colleges, schools, buildings, and many more. Her monument is one of the sacred and famous tourist attractions in Nakhon Ratchasima.

    1. ผู้เขียน (และคณะ) ต้องรับรองว่าบทความที่ส่งมาพิจารณาเผยแพร่ในวารสาร ไม่เคยเผยแพร่ในที่อื่นใดมาก่อน และจะไม่นำส่งไปเพื่อพิจารณาเผยแพร่ในวารสารอื่นจนกว่าจะไม่ผ่านการพิจารณา หรือได้รับอนุมัติให้ยุติการพิจารณาจากบรรณาธิการ

    2. การส่งบทความเพื่อเผยแพร่ในวารสาร ให้ส่งในเว็บไซต์ https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/tujo เท่านั้น โดยต้องกรอกข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ตามแบบฟอร์มในเว็บไซต์ให้สมบูรณ์ และแนบไฟล์ต้นฉบับบทความที่ไม่มีการระบุผู้เขียน (ต้องไม่มีชื่อผู้เขียน หน่วยงานสังกัด และอีเมล บรรณาธิการจะส่งไฟล์นี้ให้ผู้ประเมิน) และ อาจแนบไฟล์อื่น ๆ เช่น รูป ตาราง กราฟ

    Thammasat Journal of History is a biannual academic journal (2 issues per year: January-June on First, July-December on  Second), both print and online versions, and have online-only publications from 2020 onwards, published by department of History, Philosophy and English Literature.                จริยธรรมของการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานสำหรับการดำเนินงานของวารสารรามคำแหง ฉบับนิติศาสตร์ (Publication Ethics)

               เพื่อให้การสื่อสารทางวิชาการเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการตีพิมพ์นานาชาติ กองบรรณาธิการวารสารรามคำแหง ฉบับนิติศาสตร์ จึงได้กำหนดจริยธรรมของการตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ผลงานสำหรับการดำเนินงานของวารสาร ตามบทบาทหน้าที่ดังนี้

                 1. หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของบรรณาธิการ (Duties of Editors) 

                 1.1 บรรณาธิการมีหน้าที่พิจารณาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของบทความ เพื่อตีพิมพ์และเผยแพร่บทความในวารสารที่ตนรับผิดชอบ

                 1.2 บรรณาธิการจะต้องมีการตรวจสอบบทความในเรื่องการคัดลอกผลงานของผู้อื่น (Plagiarism) และการคัดลอกผลงานของตนเอง (Self-Plagiarism) ในบทความอย่างจริงจัง โดยการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เชื่อถือได้ และเป็นที่ยอมรับในวงการวิชาการ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าบทความที่ลงตีพิมพ์ในวารสารไม่มีการคัดลอกผลงาน

                 1.3 หากในระหว่างกระบวนการประเมินบทความ บรรณาธิการตรวจพบการคัดลอกผลงาน บรรณาธิการจะต้องหยุดกระบวนการประเมิน และติดต่อผู้นิพนธ์หลักทันที เพื่อขอคำชี้แจง เพื่อประกอบการ “ตอบรับ” หรือ “ปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์” การตีพิมพ์บทความนั้นๆ

                 1.4 บรรณาธิการต้องหยุดกระบวนการประเมิน และติดต่อผู้นิพนธ์หลักทันที เมื่อตรวจพบการคัดลอกผลงานในระหว่างกระบวนการประเมินบทความ เพื่อขอคำชี้แจงและประกอบการ “ตอบรับ” หรือ “ปฏิเสธการตีพิมพ์” การตีพิมพ์บทความนั้นๆ

                 1.5 ในช่วงระยะเวลาของการประเมินบทความ บรรณาธิการต้องไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลของผู้นิพนธ์ และผู้ประเมินบทความแก่บุคคลอื่นๆ ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง

                 1.6 ในการคัดเลือกบทความตีพิมพ์ บรรณาธิการต้องตัดสินใจเลือกบทความหลังจากผ่านกระบวนการประเมินบทความแล้ว โดยพิจารณาจากความใหม่ ความสำคัญ ความชัดเจนของเนื้อหาที่สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และขอบเขตของวารสารเป็นสำคัญ

                 1.7 บรรณาธิการต้องไม่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับผู้นิพนธ์และผู้ประเมิน

                 1.8 บรรณาธิการต้องตีพิมพ์บทความที่ไม่เคยตีพิมพ์เผยแพร่ที่แหล่งตีพิมพ์อื่น

                 2. บทบาทและหน้าที่ของผู้นิพนธ์ (Duties of Authors)

                 2.1 ผู้นิพนธ์ต้องรับรองว่าผลงานที่ส่งมาตีพิมพ์นั้นนั้น เป็นผลงานใหม่และไม่มีการส่งให้วารสารอื่นพิจารณาตีพิมพ์ในช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน

                 2.2 ผู้นิพนธ์จะต้องอ้างอิงแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลทุกครั้ง ให้ปรากฏในผลงานของตน หากมีการนำผลงานของผู้อื่นมาใช้ในผลงานของตน รวมทั้งจัดทำรายการอ้างอิงท้ายบทความ

                 2.3 ผู้นิพนธ์ต้องเขียนบทความวิชาการหรือบทความวิจัยโดยให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของวารสารนี้ และถูกต้องตามรูปแบบที่กำหนดไว้ใน “คำแนะนำการตีพิมพ์”

                 2.4 ผู้นิพนธ์ร่วม (Co-author) ทุกคนที่มีชื่อปรากฏในบทความ จะต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการเขียนบทความวิชาการหรือบทความวิจัยจริง

                 2.5 ผู้นิพนธ์ต้องรายงานข้อเท็จจริงและผลที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทำวิจัย โดยไม่ควรมีการบิดเบือนข้อมูลหรือให้ข้อมูลที่เป็นเท็จ

                 2.6 ในกรณีที่เป็นบทความวิจัย ผู้นิพนธ์ต้องระบุแหล่งทุนที่สนับสนุนในการทำวิจัยนี้

                 3. บทบาทและหน้าที่ของผู้ประเมินบทความ (Duties of Reviewers)

                 3.1 เมื่อผู้ประเมินบทความได้รับบทความจากบรรณาธิการวารสาร และผู้ประเมินบทความทราบอยู่แล้วว่า ตนเองอาจมีผลประโยชน์ทับซ้อนกับผู้นิพนธ์ เช่น เป็นผู้ร่วมโครงการ หรือรู้จักผู้นิพนธ์เป็นการส่วนตัว หรือเหตุผลอื่นๆ ที่อาจทำให้ไม่สามารถให้ข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะอย่างอิสระในทางวิชาการได้ ผู้ประเมินบทความควรแจ้งให้บรรณาธิการวารสารทราบและปฏิเสธการประเมินบทความนั้นๆ

                 3.2 ผู้ประเมินบทความควรประเมินบทความในสาขาวิชาที่ตนมีความเชี่ยวชาญโดยพิจารณาความสำคัญของเนื้อหาในบทความที่จะมีต่อสาขาวิชานั้นๆ คุณภาพของการวิเคราะห์ และความเข้มข้นของผลงาน โดยไม่ควรใช้ความคิดเห็นส่วนตัวที่ไม่มีข้อมูลทางวิชาการรองรับมาเป็นเกณฑ์ในการตัดสินบทความหรืองานวิจัยนั้นๆ

                 3.3 หากผู้นิพนธ์มิได้อ้างถึงผลงานวิจัยที่สำคัญๆ และสอดคล้องกับบทความเข้าไปในการประเมินบทความผู้ประเมินบทความต้องระบุเข้าไปในบทความที่กำลังประเมินด้วย เพื่อให้บทความเกิดคุณค่าในเชิงวิชาการเพิ่มขึ้น นอกจากนี้ หากมีส่วนใดของบทความที่มีความเหมือน หรือซ้ำซ้อนกับผลงานชิ้นอื่นๆ ผู้ประเมินบทความต้องแจ้งให้บรรณาธิการทราบด้วย

                 3.4 ในช่วงระยะเวลาของการประเมินบทความผู้ประเมินบทความต้องรักษาความลับและไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลบางส่วนหรือทุกส่วนของบทความที่ส่งมาเพื่อพิจารณาแก่บุคคลอื่นๆ ที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้อง

          social sciences research and academic journal is organized to publish academic articles and social research, focusing  on the field of education, political science, business administration, social development and social interdisciplinary. Moreover, it is a platform for exchanging academic knowledge from academician in various universities both in public and government sector and to develop academic work that will be useful to our nation in the future.There are 3 journals in a year (one in each quarter) that is, January-April, May-August, September-December. The journal will be published into two formats;that is journal and e-journal. The first journal was published in 2006 and this is the ninth year.     วารสารศิลปากรศึกษาศาสตร์วิจัยมีการจัดทำวารสาร เป็น รูปแบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Online)  ISSN 2672-9199 ตั้งแต่ปีที่ 10 ฉบับที่ 2 เดือนกรกฎาคม – ธันวาคม 2561 เป็นต้นไป กำหนดออกวารสาร ปีละ 2 ฉบับ ได้เเก่ 1) ฉบับที่ 1 เดือนมกราคม – มิถุนายน และ  2) ฉบับที่ 2 เดือนกรกฎาคม – ธันวาคม

    อัตราค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับบทความเพื่อตีพิมพ์

    ผู้เสนอบทความจะต้องชำระค่าดำเนินการในอัตรา 3,000.- บาทต่อหนึ่งบทความ หลังจากได้รับการพิจาณาจากจากคณะกรรมการกองบรรณาธิการฯเบื้องต้นเรียบร้อยเเล้ว ก่อนนำส่งให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ (Peer Review) จำนวน  3  ท่านต่อเรื่อง ประเมินบทความต่อไป

    PSDS Journal of Development Studies, Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies, Thammasat University, was renamed from the original title, "๋Journal of Graduate Volunteer Centre." The first issue was published in 2005 to disseminate knowledge and academic works related to the role of "Graduate Volunteers," learning culture, education, and knowledge from rural areas where volunteers had fieldwork. The journal was continuously developed and improved until 2018, when the Graduate Volunteer Centre was elevated to the Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies, leading to the journal's current name.

    Goals and Scope

    The PSDS Journal of Development Studies, Puey Ungphakorn School of Development Studies, Thammasat University, aims to disseminate academic works, exchange ideas, and share new advancements in an interdisciplinary social sciences approach. We welcome academic articles, research papers, and other scholarly works covering research and development practices at the community level, both in rural and urban settings, across cultural, political, economic, social, resource management, social capital, development practices, and innovation for human and societal development.
